After a review of the engagement scores, The HR Owl implemented the strategy of a series of national focus groups (across both retail and corporate) to deeper understand FRB people, business, challenges and positives.
Identified ‘hotspots’ that were affecting engagement of employees. By prioritising and recommending strategies to address these, the employees felt they had a voice and were heard. The workshops facilitated the start of conversations and networks across the business which historically functioned in a much siloed manner.
