Janie is a highly skilled Human Resource professional with experience as an in-business HR Partner and in the consulting arena. With demonstrated capability in business partnering, Janie has delivered HR Strategy that aligns to business goals and drives success. She has a passion in the area of manager capability, transformation and Learning & Development – from providing foundation frameworks to empower new managers and challenging status quo to seasoned professionals.
Her experience ranges across a wide range of industries – financial and professional services, retail, health, manufacturing, consulting, energy, IT and shared services. She has worked with some of Australia’s most reputable brands including BlueScope Steel, Bupa, Coffey Consulting, Ernst & Young, Fusion Retail Brands , Origin Energy and Pacific Brands.

Outside of work…
Janie lives in Melbourne’s inner suburbs and loves to spend time with her dogs, eating at the local cafes and going to gym. Interior design and decorating is also a passion. She has a long standing affiliation with Seeing Eye Dogs Australia (SEDA).
