Managers wanted to feel guided and supported through what was a difficult time and transition. Objective was to develop a Manager Tool Kit to support them both immediately and longer term through a restructure and organisational change.
Developed hand book for managers and deployed through a facilitation at FRB communication session led by the CEO. Handbook included theories, methodologies and ideas on how best to manage both self and teams during times of change and uncertainty.
The handbook gave the managers consistent process and tools to use across the organization. This enabled the Managers to lead with confidence reducing tensions and helping the business deal with the ambiguity which often leads to discomfort.
