A project plan was developed to manage multiple activities and timelines which required a strong internal communications strategy. This encompassed the management of: strategic recruitment, role identification and talent management, alignment of remuneration, mapping new roles to position descriptions, project reporting and managing expectations for both Management and internal employees.
Successfully delivered project in required timeframe. Restructure impacted over 65 internal employees with an internal fill rate of 100%.
